Addressing Mindset
in the Community

One of the greatest things about community organisations is that in the most basic sense, they are there to help others reach their full potential. Sometimes it is through individual assistance, and other times it comes through a group effort to collectively improve the quality of life for all. With the variety of challenges people face, being part of a community can have a massive impact on mental health and wellbeing, and bring connectedness and purpose.

Many people in the community struggle with how they mentally approach and deal with life's challenges, which can have a huge impact on their mental health wellbeing as well as the wellbeing of those around them.

How can the Mindset Project
help your Community Group?

The Mindset Project motivational workshop is able to come to your organisation, where participants are offered the opportunity to explore their current mindset, the way they make choices, and how it affects them and those around them. By examining some of the underlying signs and causes of negative mindsets, the Mindset Project workshop can give them the tools and strategies they need to help make an impact on how they approach their own mindset and subsequent life choices.

Presented by NRL Manly Sea Eagles player Joel Thompson, the Mindset Project’s motivational workshop is delivered at your location for groups of 5 to 500. Offering engaging and candid personal stories, combined with the tools Joel has developed during his own journey overcoming adversity and hardship, the workshop content can be tailored your group’s needs, including community groups, youth and school groups, and businesses.
