in the Workplace
The old theory that our brains are shaped and set by early adulthood we now know is an outdated concept. As modern science has proven, the neuroplasticity of our brains continues to allow us to change and grow our minds throughout our entire lives. While this ability to change and grow includes our mindset, many of us remain stuck in a negatively fixed approach to facing challenges and opportunities. This affects our relationships, our careers, our personal happiness, and can be detrimental to our physical and mental health through poor life choices, anger, resentment and depression. These negative mindsets can affect an organisation through employee productivity, retention and company culture.
How can the Mindset Project
help your Organisation?
The Mindset Project motivational workshop is able to come to your organisation, where participants are offered the opportunity to explore their current mindset, the way they make choices, and how it affects them and those around them. By examining some of the underlying signs and causes of negative mindsets, the Mindset Project workshop can give them the tools and strategies they need to help make an impact on how they approach their own mindset and subsequent life choices.
Presented by NRL Manly Sea Eagles player Joel Thompson, the Mindset Project’s motivational workshop is delivered at your location for groups of 5 to 500. Offering engaging and candid personal stories, combined with the tools Joel has developed during his own journey overcoming adversity and hardship, the workshop content can be tailored your group’s needs, including community groups, youth and school groups, and businesses.
