What We Do
The Mindset Project run health, wellbeing and mindset workshops within schools, workplaces and with private clients.
Our health and mindset coaching give our clients the knowledge, tools and resources to improve their physical, emotional and mental health through building a positive mindset, prioritising their wellbeing and increasing resilience.
Each of our workshops is tailored for each school, business or client.
We work on:
