The Mindset Project.

I’m Courtney, a health and mindset coach and owner of The Mindset Project.

I started my career in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and gym owner for 7 years before transitioning into the health and mindset side of coaching and starting
The Mindset Project to run health and wellbeing workshops.
(see
'a bit about me' for more of a back-story!)

I saw and worked with too many clients who settled in their:
- careers;
- relationships;
- happiness;
- health; and
- lifestyle choices (financial position, personal growth etc.)
Rather than living a life of fulfilment and enjoyment, they were living a life of dissatisfaction, fatigue and dullness because that was the ‘easier option’.

The Mindset Project was developed with the intention of eliminating this ‘settling’.
We teach clients:
- worth and potential;
- holistic health and wellness;
- mental health strategies;
- how they can incorporate the ‘small things’ to get the biggest impact;
- the importance of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health; and
- what a life of pure love and happiness can look life.

We want to dissolve the mentality that it is normal to wake up unhappy, unmotivated and discontented.
A life of happiness, dreams and unconditional love is attainable for everyone.

My qualifications and experiences have allowed me to coach from a holistic perspective and change the mindsets of men and women from age 15 to 93.
