Emotional health plays a pivotal role in our overall happiness and life satisfaction.
It is an absolute passion of mine to teach clients as it was a topic which had the most profound impact on my life once I learnt and improved it.

Emotional health is our ability to:
- understand, manage and express our emotions
- acknowledge and address our feelings
- discover coping mechanisms for emotions
