Nurturing the Pillars of Health: Spiritual Health
Our 4th and final blog from our mini ‘4 part series’ about each of the pillars - lucky last is spiritual health (health of the soul).
This is probably the most unknown, unfamiliar or unrecognised pillar of health.
People often consider spirituality or spiritual health as ‘woo-woo’, religious or mystical (I totally get it because I was this person!)
My hopes in this blog are to explain a little bit more about what spiritual health actually is and show you that it is whatever you make it.
